For groups and franchises

bamboo for care groups and franchises.

A group has the same problems as a single home, multiplied, plus one of its own: nobody at the centre can see which location is slipping until the occupancy figures say so. The group hub ranks every location by Reputation Score each week, runs the website audit across the whole network, and rolls reviews, coverage and competitor intelligence up to the brand.

A conversation, then the hub

The hub is a second layer over bamboo. Each location keeps its own tools, its own ads and its own reviews. The centre gets the table: every location ranked, best first, with its score, its website fixes and its unanswered reviews one click away, and the brand's own competitors, national and local, tracked alongside.

What bamboo does

Four jobs, for groups and franchises.

  • 01

    Every location, ranked

A Reputation Score per location, recomputed weekly and listed best first, with the top fixes for the ones at the bottom.

    Presence Score
  • 02

One website report for the network

The brand site and every location site audited weekly, with every fault listed once, because a shared content system means one fix made once.

    SEO audit
  • 03

    Reviews and coverage, rolled up

Every public review of every location, and every piece written about the brand or a branch, in one place, with competitor coverage beside it.

    Media coverage
  • 04

Press at brand and branch level

Releases drafted centrally, media lists kept centrally, and the answer-engine check run for every location.

    Press releases

What families look at

The signals that decide the shortlist.

  • Reputation Score by location

The same public signals as a single home, scored for every branch and set in one table.

  • National competitors

The brands the whole group competes with, tracked once, with their press and social coverage swept alongside yours.

  • Website health across the network

Ahrefs' estimate of Google visits and the faults found on every crawled page, brand and locations together.

  • Who is talking about which branch

A coverage map by location, with marker size tracking mention volume.

Two of the screens, as a provider sees them.

Questions

Asked by groups and franchises.

How is a group priced?

£95 per location a month plus VAT from five locations, with the hub included. Over 25 locations we quote.

Do locations keep their own logins?

Yes. Each location is a provider with its own tools, and the centre sees all of them in the hub.

Does it work for a franchise?

Yes. The hub was first built for a home care franchise. Franchisees get the full service as territories, billed to the franchisor.
